Any freight charges assessed between COE Distributing, Inc. and its authorized resellers are determined by COE’s internal reseller freight policy and are separate from the terms and conditions of any state, cooperative, or local contract. COE’s reseller freight policy is based on the authorized reseller’s net purchase amount and is independent of the end user’s contract pricing or purchasing requirements. Freight charges assessed by COE are the responsibility of the authorized reseller, not the end user.
