Fun facts about yourself!

I love to cook. I love horseback riding – I used to competitively ride. I was born at half time of the Superbowl and I still have the shirt my dad wore the day I was born.

What does winning the warrior helmet mean to you?

Winning the helmet is an honor. It’s great to know that my efforts are recognized, especially by someone that I do not work with on a daily basis.

What did you or what do you look for when it comes to choosing the next recipient?

When choosing the new Warrior, I wanted to give the helmet to someone that goes above and beyond daily, even when some do not realize how much they really do.

How has COE helped you to get where you are?

COE has given me the ability to grow and learn new skills, giving me the confidence and tools to grow in my position.

What goals do you want to achieve and how can COE help get you there?

Personal and operational growth.
COE has already helped me achieve so many goals. When I started, I was given the opportunity to have a voice in what the marketing team did. Our team is more of a family than I could ever ask for. We have grown together, and I know I can always lean on them when I just need a sounding board both professionally and personally.

What is your favorite part of our employee engagement programs at COE and why?

I feel like the best part of our employee engagement programs is that they allow us to not only grown into our role but grow our friendships as well. We are able to learn together, but also experience some amazing events and create memories that we would not otherwise have the opportunity to experience.

What are you most excited for when it comes to our Penguin partnership?

When it comes to the Penguins partnership, I am most excited to attend games and events with the Penguins team. It’s always great to talk to their team and get a different perspective on how things are done.

What COE value do you think you’re the strongest in and why?

I feel like my strongest value is teamwork. I love having someone to bounce ideas off of and get different perspectives that I may not have seen otherwise.
