What does winning the warrior helmet mean to you?
It is such an honor to receive the Warrior Helmet! It is really nice to be recognized and appreciated for the work you do. I think this is such a cool way of recognizing employees within the company.
What did you or what do you look for when it comes to choosing the next recipient?
I am looking to hand the helmet off to someone who really follows our core values. We have a company full of great employees – it is going to be difficult to choose!
How has COE helped you to get where you are?
I have never worked for a company like COE before. I really appreciate all of the things that JD and the Executive Team do for all of us to make us feel like a part of the family. I especially like the book clubs and learned a lot from our Q2 Financial Wellness sessions. I was really able to take the things that I had learned and apply it not only to my work, but my personal life.
4. What goals do you want to achieve and how can COE help get you there?
Personal and operational growth.
I really want to be able to continue to grow within the company. I have learned a lot from our book clubs. They have pushed me to think outside the box and given me tools to use so I can continue to improve.
What is your favorite part of our employee engagement programs at COE and why?
I really like getting to know all the employees from PA and TX better!
What are you most excited for when it comes to our Penguin partnership?
I think that it is awesome to have this partnership with the Penguins. Being from Florida, I was never really into hockey, but I had such a blast last year at the game. Now I am even watching hockey on TV!
What COE value do you think you’re the strongest in and why?
I think my strongest value is transparency. I know that our team in PA and TX count on me to get them the correct information in a timely manner. My goal is always to get them what they need so we can better serve our customers!
