I’m a pretty big gambler and love all sports. I go to as many sporting events as I can! I love music! I don’t have any rhythm, so I just enjoy listening.
What does winning the warrior helmet mean to you?
This means a lot to me, especially because I received the award from a colleague. It makes everything I do worthwhile!
What did you or what do you look for when it comes to choosing the next recipient?
Someone who gives 110 percent every day and goes out of their way to make sure the customers’ needs are met!
How has COE helped you to get where you are?
COE is one of the best companies I have ever worked for! They genuinely care about you and don’t treat you like just a number! That goes a long way!
What goals do you want to achieve and how can COE help get you there?
I want to be the best at what I do at work and in my personal life! I strive for perfection and am always looking for ways to improve!
What is your favorite part of our employee engagement programs at COE and why?
COE is a family, and everyone appreciates each other. It’s just a great place to work. Coming together as one during these programs just shows the values the company represents.
What are you most excited for when it comes to our Penguin partnership?
Who doesn’t love a good hockey game? But really, the Penguins and COE have the same values, and it shows in the running of their daily businesses.
What COE value do you think you’re the strongest in and why?
This is a tough question. I try to live by all of these values on a daily basis. However, customer service has to be number one. Without our customers, where are we?
