Jennifer Pletcher, one of our dedicated customer service reps, was recently honored with the Warrior Helmet. Nancy Lewis passed it off to her stating she comes in early and stays late to service her customers. She is also willing to help wherever needed. We love that our newest Warrior Helmet honoree exemplifies both customer service and teamwork, two of our core values. Continue below to read what receiving this honor means to her.
What does winning the warrior helmet mean to you?
It means a lot to be recognized by my co-worker. I didn’t do it for the glory; I was just coming into work and doing my job.
What did you or what do you look for when it comes to choosing the next recipient?
Teamwork- someone who is willing to help when needed and someone that I can count on.
How has COE helped you to get where you are?
The company has given me confidence in talking with my customers. I figured if COE was confident that I could do it, then why not.
What goals do you want to achieve and how can COE help get you there?
The company is growing and I want to be able to help them go as far as they can. Teamwork makes the dream work!
What is your favorite part of our employee engagement programs at COE and why?
All the activities they have to offer, and having the ability to participate in them.
What are you most excited for when it comes to our Penguin partnership?
Being able to go to games, wearing COE shirts that have the Penguin emblem on them and being proud to show it off. Also cheering on the greatest team in the NHL!
What COE value do you think you’re the strongest in and why?
Teamwork- I’m always willing to help everyone and other departments.
