COE Distributing is a company that believes in providing our customers with the products and services necessary for them to be satisfied and successful. We believe in providing a workplace environment that is both pleasant and rewarding, where honest, hardworking men and women can work together with our valued customers and vendors to develop beneficial relationships, successful careers and ultimately a company that adds value to our customers, vendors and employees.

COE is committed to once again provide forward thinking products, services and marketing materials so that you, our valued customer, can in turn offer the same to your valued clients. The product mix that will be stocked and available from COE will be a combination of valued added products from well known and respected domestic manufacturers that include DMI, La-Z-Boy, Lesro, Mayline, Natalex and many more along with import vendors that will include Rudnick as well as several quality manufacturers that make up our private label product offering.

Ownership of the company (JMJS, Inc. dba COE Distributing) is comprised of myself, JD Ewing, along with my wife Melanie and Stan Idzi and his wife Julie. Stan and I have worked together for 14 years and I'm especially excited that he has joined me in ownership and directing this new venture as Senior VP of Sales and Merchandising.
